4th Annual WAGS Festival in the Park

The WAGS Festival in the Park will be offering the competition in the following age groups:

U-12 (August 1, 1995 and younger)
U-11 (August 1, 1996 and younger)
U-10 (August 1, 1997 and younger)
U-09 (August 1, 1998 and younger)


  • The U-12's will play an 11v11 format w/ a maximum roster size of eighteen (18) players.

  • The U-11's will play an 8v8 format w/ a maximum roster size of fourteen (14) players.

  • The U-9 and U-10's will play a 7v7 format w/ a maximum roster size of fourteen (14) players.

Competition Format:

  • U-11 and U-12's will play a championship format w/ group winners, final match & awards.

  • U-9 and U-10's will play a "festival" format (i.e. round-robin play) w/ no group winners or awards.

  

Team Participation and Loan Players

U-12 and U-11 teams may enter w/ a maximum of 18 players.  U-10 and U-09 teams may enter with a maximum of 14 players.  Each team accepted must be registered with a National State Association affiliated with the USYS/USSF or national equivalent and must present a valid State or Provincial roster.  CURRENT, DULY AUTHORIZED MEMBER PASSES, MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS AND OFFICIAL STATE APPROVED ROSTERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT.

A maximum of 5 loan players per team is allowed, however, a team using loan players may have no more than 18 players (Under 12's) or 14 players (Under 11's, 10’s and Under 09’s) registered for the tournament.  Loan players will only be allowed with prior approval of the Tournament Committee.  Forms for loan player requests will accompany letter of acceptance.  Questions regarding loan players should be directed to the Tournament Director  

Application Procedures

If you wish to participate in the 4th Annual WAGS Festival in the Park, please complete the application form in its entirety and return it with the entry fee ($425 for U09 & U10; $475 for U11 & U12) – go to www.wagsfestivalinthepark.com for complete application.  This application MUST BE IN THE HAND OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR BY May 20th.  Please make all checks payable to: WAGS.
