Registration

Friday, June 13th		Saturday, June 14th
Teams:	Teams who have 9:00 games on Saturday morning or who wish to register early.	Teams:	Teams who have start times 10:15 or later on Saturday.
Location:	Bull Run Regional Park (WAGS HQ Tent directly in front of fields 1A & 1B).	Location:	Bull Run Regional Park (WAGS HQ Tent directly in front of fields 1A & 1B).
Time:	4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.	Time:	AT LEAST one (1) hour prior to first game

Each coach/manager must bring the following to Registration!

Duly Authorized State of Provincial Roster
Duly Authorized Member Passes
Medical Release Forms for each player

State Rosters

A copy of each team’s validated State Roster must be sent, no later than June 10th, to WAGS Festival in the Park Registration, 5147 Portsmouth Road , Fairfax , VA 22032 . Duly Authorized Member Passes will be checked against the validated roster at registration.

Under 9, Under 10 and Under 11 teams may have a maximum of 14 players on their roster. Under 12 teams may have a maximum of 18 players on their roster.

Loan Players

A maximum of five (5) loan players may be used on a WAGS Festival in the Park Roster. Under 9, Under 10 and Under 11 teams with guest players must have no more than a total of fourteen (14) players on said roster. Under 12 teams with guest players must have no more than a total of eighteen (18) players on said roster. The Request for Loan Players must be submitted, no later than June 10th, to WAGS Festival in the Park Registration, 5147 Portsmouth Road , Fairfax , VA, 22032 for approval.

Note: If you team is using an out of state guest player you will need to provide the appropriate Guest Player Form from that players home State Association. This approved form must accompany the Loan Player Application.

Medical Release Forms

It is required that each team’s coach has in his/her possession, a medical release form for each player. The appropriate parent or guardian, authorizing emergency medical treatment must sign these forms. Your league medical release forms are acceptable.

Participant Pass for Bull Run:
In order to avoid being charged entrance fees into the park we ask that all participants download a participant pass to be placed on the dashboard of the car. You can download the pass from the Forms section.

Tournament T-Shirts

The WAGS Festival in the Park will be offering a commemorative T-shirt for the event. Shirts will be available (while supplies last) for pre-sale and at Bull Run Regional Park .
